Trus Madi Mt Climb Itinerary.

The convoy this year will spend 8 days conquering the extreme highland terrains of the Trus Madi Forest Reserve,  located 70 Kms away from Kota Kinabalu City and is bordered by three districts—Ranau up North, Tambunan on the West, Keningau down South, and Sook in the East.

The forest reserve is classified as a Class 1 Forest Reserve and it covers 184,527 hectares of land.  Standing within the reserve at 2,642 meters (8,668 feet) tall, Mount Trus Madi is the second highest mountain in Sabah and Malaysia after Mount Kinabalu but offer a tougher challenge for adventure seekers compared to Mount Kinabalu.

Trus Madi is truly blessed with truly unique features of flora and fauna. Adventurers will appreciate what it can offer as this mountain seldom has visitors trekking through it. It’s steep and slippery and most often bush ridden trails offers quite a challenge.

The Mountain climb is limited to only 20 climbers.
This package serves as an add-on package for this year's Tag-On Expedition. For those who are in need of transport, please read more on how to join HERE

Successful registrants will get a limited special edition T-Shirts and special certificate to commemorate your climb.
